Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Faithmetrics, a spiritual-formation platform operated by Aquinas Studios Corp ("we", "us", "our"), available at aquinasstudios.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Faithmetrics, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Faithmetrics is

Faithmetrics offers diagnostic tools and a guided 15-stage devotional journey based on Dr. Andrea LaFountain's book Living in Love with God. It is a spiritual-formation tool intended for adults. It is not a counselling, clinical, medical, or crisis service, and nothing in the app is medical or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, please contact the emergency or support services for your country.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use Faithmetrics. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time from within the app.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to the full journey requires a paid subscription of USD $8 per month. Payment is processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the seller of record for your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation and refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Faithmetrics for your own personal, non-commercial spiritual formation. You agree not to: share or resell your account access; copy, redistribute, or republish the content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; or use the service in any unlawful way.

6. Intellectual property

The content, diagnostics, stage materials, text, and design of Faithmetrics are owned by Aquinas Studios Corp or used under licence (including content drawn from Dr. Andrea LaFountain's work). They are provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.

7. Your content

Anything you write in the in-app journal and reflection boxes is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not access or claim any rights over it.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Faithmetrics available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or change the platform and its content from time to time. We may update these Terms; where a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Faithmetrics is provided "as is" for spiritual formation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of its courts, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
