Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for your FaithMetrics purchase. FaithMetrics is operated by Aquinas Studios Corp. Your purchase is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record.
1. Price
A FaithMetrics membership is a one-time payment of USD $25 for one year of access to the guided journey. It does not renew automatically and there are no recurring charges.
2. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. To request one, write to us at info@aquinasstudios.com or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Requests made after 14 days are considered at our discretion. This applies to each purchase, including a renewal.
3. EU and UK customers — your statutory right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Our 14-day refund applies whether or not you start using FaithMetrics straight away, and it is in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects them.
4. Paddle's role
As our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com is the seller of record for your purchase and handles billing, invoices, tax and refunds. Refunds are processed by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Whether you request a refund through your Paddle receipt or by contacting us, we will work with Paddle to process it.
5. Problems with your purchase
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access what you paid for, please contact us and we will put it right.
